HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

All orders are confirmed by e-mail or SMS.

In order to place the order, the contact details and shipping address must be filled in correctly and the payment must be accepted.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our email: info@caerin.com.

Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, it is impossible to stop the purchase, so, in case you do not want the purchased product, it will be necessary to carry out a RETURN.

In Caerin you can pay by credit/debit card or PayPal system.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you can send us an email to info@caerin.com.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Whenever we ship an order, we send an email with the tracking number so that you will always know where your order is.

If you see that within 72 hours from the purchase of your product, you have not been sent this information, you can write to info@caerin.com asking about the status of the shipment of your order.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME TO SHIP MY ORDER?

The delivery time of our products is from 8 to 12 days approximately for the whole Australia.

Because of COVID-19 orders may be delayed to ensure maximum security.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED/WRONG?

We make every effort to ensure that no order arrives at its destination in poor condition. However, should this happen, we apologize for the inconvenience and please contact us through our email sales@caerin.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing us with the following information:

Order number
Description of damage/misunderstanding.
If you want to exchange it for a new product or you prefer to return it.
An attached photo of the product where you can see the damage/misunderstanding.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.

*Possible damages that may have arisen as a result of use are not grounds for a claim.

CAN RETURNS BE MADE?

As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order.

In order to make the return, you must notify us by writing an email to info@caerin.com, at which time the return will be made:

The return must be made with the same courier company, using the same type of service we used for the first shipment.

The shipping and return costs will be borne by the consumer.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Custom-made and/or personalized products cannot be returned.

Once we have received the returned products and we have been able to verify the good condition of them, the payment will be refunded in a period of less than 14 calendar days.
